What is your shipping Policy?

Shipping times range from 7-14 business days. Shipping for all fine art pieces will be based on weight and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as available. 

Do you offer custom framing options?

We do offer custom framing for our fine art, metal, and canvas prints upon request.  

Fine art prints will come with 2 inch matting on all sides with black framing.  Our canvas and metal prints are available with custom float frames in one of four colors: white, basswood, black or mocha.

When checking out place a note in the message box letting us know you wish to add custom framing to your order. Upon receipt of your order we will reach out to you with the custom quote for your print order.  Please see the photos below, which depict the framing options available for each medium.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE CONTINENTAL US, EXPEDITED SHIPPING, AND SPECIAL REQUESTS

Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost. 

We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping. 

Shipping Quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please contact us with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.

What is your Policy on Returns / Exchanges / Refunds?

We want to ensure you’re completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the custom nature of our work, all orders are final. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us here and include your order number and a brief description of what’s going on. We will contact you to see how we can help.
